Do you guys offer any discounts?


Yes! Your first time here at MJS we offer $10-20 off your total and every time you prebook your future appointments you will receive 10% off a service!




Do you accept tips on a card?


Unfortunately we only accept cash and Venmo!




What color line do you carry?


We use Oligo Calura color line! This color line is designed to maximize dye penetration and minimize hair damage. Oh and it smells AMAZING!




What's the difference between a balayage and a foil?


A balayage delivers a more lived in look and will provide more longevity while a foil will give you a "bright punch" and will still look amazing but definitely requires more upkeep.




What is your cancellation policy?


Exisiting clients: Any appointment over $75 will require a credit card to book. In the event you have to cancel, you have up to 48 hours to do so. Anything after 48 hours, must be rescheduled within 2 weeks of original appointment to avoid a charge. Failure to reschedule, your card will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. In the event you reschedule your already rescheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. New clients: An active credit card will be needed to book your appointment with us. In the event you have to cancel your appointment you will have up to 48 hours. Anything after 48 hours must either be rescheduled within 2 weeks of your appointment, or your card will be charged 100% off the service(s) booked. In the event you reschedule your already rescheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked and will not be allowed to make any future appointments at MJS.




Do you offer refunds?


In the result you are not satisfied with your service(s) at MJS, we will offer a "redo" free of charge within 2 weeks of your initial appointment. MJS does not offer monetary refunds.
