EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange your product at Any Time Within fifteen (15) days from the day of purchase. It is significant to  keep the invoice emailed to you during the transaction.

Here's how:

Put the item(s) to exchange along with your invoice and return to :

You must pay the shipping costs.  Should the exchange of a product for a more expensive one, the original form of payment will be charged at the time of the exchange.

For a full refund, send the goods along with your invoice and return to :

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING THE MERCHANDISE RETURNS

  • We refund any merchandise with a copy of your invoice.

  • Please specify the reason for the refund. (Statistics)

  • The total amount will be refunded on the same card used at the time of the transaction and, upon receipt and verification of the package at the address Above MENTIONED.

  • A banking 48 hours delay is required between the moment where the credit is applied (us) and the actual refund on your card (you). 

  • The items must be intact, in perfect condition and not worn or washed if it is a garment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the terms mentioned above are not met.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs . You can send us all in a single bag by Standard Mail. No need to find a box. (Minimal costs)
